Partner incentive
learning platform

Dell is a leading innovations technology company who provide technology solutions, services and support. We were asked to develop an incentives platform to engage and educate internal sales teams on partner services and products. The interface diversifies to reflect the relevant partner branding that’s associated to each task. The partners were Microsoft, Intel, VMware Nvidia, Kioxia and Broadcom.

email engagement, points generation and rewards

Students and managers were sent an email inviting them to activate their account by entering their email address. A one of activation linkwas then emailed to the them, which allowed them to set their password. From account activation students are sent emails to notify them of their latest tasks and team tasks. Autogenerated emails are sent to remind students of any tasks that were pending.

Dell

Students received a pass or fail for each completed task. Individuals and teams are rewarded based on their performance.

A points generation application was developed for the integration of a rewards platform where students can browse and spend their points freely. Additional points can also be added manually by managers.

Managers have their own portal where they can view progress of their team remembers and mark any non-automated tasks (such as a sales pitch).

A series of space invaders games was created with the theme based on high performance. The ship selection process includes profiles with abilities that are associated to individual partner products and services. ’Power-ups’ improve your in-game performance. e.g. The Intel PowerUp increases your speed and the Nvidia PowerUp gives you invincibility for 5 seconds.
