Christie is a leading AV provider looking to cut through the market to demonstrate their competitive edge. They approached us to redesign a website that focused on Christie’s Laser Phosphor range of projectors. An effective customer journey was imperative whereby content was relevant to users.
The new website targeted Christie’s 6 core virtual markets with navigation that reflected the customer journey they wanted their audience to take. On selecting a market the user is presented with the most relevant products. They can then filter by brightness range and resolution. The content for each product included a 360° interactive product viewer, video case studies, specification and accessories.
The site also acts as a sales lead generator to Christie’s distribution channel with enquiries and tracked journeys integrated into the CRM system, ensuring quick lead follow up for all markets across the globe.
